cactus. Hoodia Gordonii is well known as an appetite suppressant.
Although many people rave about the effects of Hoodia Gordonii for herbal weight loss, no actual clinical trials on this natural weight loss suppressant have been performed.

Lobelia is available at health food stores in the form of extracts, powders, capsules, and dried herb. WARNING: Be sure to follow the label instructions carefully, as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration considers Lobelia to be mildly poisonous! It can cause side effects such as nausea and vomiting even when used at recommended doses. A dose of Lobelia higher than 50mg has the potential to suppress breathing and depress your blood pressure, possibly leading to coma.
