Acupressure
points help relieve muscle cramps and spasms in two ways: by using a
specific point associated with cramps and by pressing points directly
on the cramped muscle.

Middle Of A Person GV26:
Location: Two thirds of the way up from the upper lip to the nose.
Benefits: This first-aid revival point has traditionally been used for cramps, fainting, and dizziness.
Bigger Rushing LV3:
Location: On the top of the foot in the valley between the big toe and the second toe.
Benefits: Relieves foot cramps, headaches, tired eyes, and hangovers, as well as allergies and arthritis.

just one or two, using the exercises on the following page, can still
be effective:
Supporting Mountain B57:
(For a leg cramp in the calf, focus on the following acupressure point):
Location: In the center of the base of the calf muscle, midway
between the crease behind the knee and the heel, at the bottom of the
calf muscle bulge.
Benefits: Relieves leg cramps (especially in the calf muscle), knee pain, lumbago, and feet swelling.
