Location:
Three finger widths directly below the belly button.
Benefits:  Relieves pain in the abdominal muscles, constipation, colitis, and gas.
Joining The Valley LI4:
Caution:  This point is forbidden for pregnant women, because its stimulation can cause premature contractions in the uterus.
Location:  At the highest spot of the muscle on the back of the hand that protrudes when the thumb and index finger are brought close together.
Benefits:  Relieves constipation, headaches, toothaches, shoulder pain, arthritis, and labor pain.

Crooked Pond
LI11:
Location:
  At the outer end of the elbow crease.
Benefits:  Relieves fever, constipation, and indegestion.  This is a powerful trigger point for the colon.

Note:  You do not have to use all these points.  Using just one or two, using the exercises on the following page, can still be effective:

Three Mile Point ST36:
Location:
Four finger widths below the kneecap, one finger width to the outside of the shinbone.  If you are on the correct spot, a muscle should flex as you move your foot up and down.
Benefits:  Strengthens the whole body, aids digestion, relieves stomach and intestinal disorders.
