Sit comfortably to stimulate the following points on the same side of the body on which you have the toothache.  For best results, use firm enough pressure to trigger tolerable pain or tenderness.

Step One: Firmly Press ST6 Along With ST3:

Place your thumbs between the upper and lower jaws, to press ST6 firmly on the jaw muscle.  With your fingers curved, place your index and middle fingertips beside your nose and press up underneath your cheekbones.  Close your eyes and take long, deep breaths as you continue to press these toothache relief points for one minute.

Step Two:  Hold LI4 And TW13:
Press these toothache relief trigger points on the same side that your toothache is on.  First, stimulate LI4 in the webbing between the thumb and index finger for one minute.  Then press TW13 on the outside of your upper arm.  Rub your fingers over the outside of the arm to feel for a sore spot.  Press right on the most tender area for two minutes, and breathe deeply until the pain or tenderness subsides.
