Acupressure Exercises For Impotency:
Sit comfortably for the first two steps in this routine.
Step One: Rub B23 & B47:
Use the backs of your hands to rub your lower back points briskly up
and down, creating heat from the friction for one minute. Next,
firmly press B47 (on the outer edge of the large vertical muscles that
run alongside the spine) in toward the center of the vertebrae for one
minute. Then stimulate B23 by pressing the top of the large
vertical muscles about two finger widths away from the spine. Use
either your thumbs or your fingers to stimulate one side at a time or
both sides at once, holding for at least one minute.
Step Two: Press K3:
Comfortably position your left foot on your right thigh. Then
place your left thumb on K3 between the achilles tendon and the inside
ankle bone, angling your pressure in the direction underneath your
inner ankle bone. Hold for one minute as you breathe
deeply. Repeat for your right foot.
Now, lie down comfortably on your back with your knees bent, and feet flat on the floor.
Step Three: Press CV4 & CV6:
Place the fingertips of one hand just above the center of your
pubic bone on CV4 and the fingers of your other hand just above that,
between your belly button and pubic bone on CV6. Close your eyes
and breathe deeply as you apply firm pressure one to two inches deep
into the abdomen into these important potency points for one to two
minutes.
Step Four: Hold Or Lie On SP13:
Use all of your fingertips to press directly on the thick, ropy
ligament located in the center of the leg crease at the top and front
of your thigh for one minute. While pressing this point, you'll
be able to feel a strong pulsation from a large artery that runs
between these points and your genitals.
Step Five: Repeat Step Three:
Press CV4 and CV6 once again for one minute, breathing deeply to achieve greater potency.
