Step One: Hold Both SP16 Points:
Curve your fingers, placing your fingertips underneath the base of the ribs directly below the nipple line.  Hold the indentations at the base of your rib cage while you breathe deeply for one minute to rebalance the gastrointestinal system.

Step Two:  Firmly Press CV6:
Place all of your fingertips directly between your belly button and the center of your pubic bone.  Gradually increase the depth of pressure in your lower abdomen.  Close your eyes and breathe deeply as you press CV6 for two minutes to balance and tone the colon.

Step Three:  Briskly Rub ST36:
Place your right heel on ST36 on your left leg and briskly rub it for one minute.  Then stimulate the other side for one minute.

Step Four:  Hold LV2 On Both Sides:
Press into the webbing between your big and second toes, angling your pressure toward the base of your big toe.  Press firmly as you take three long, deep breaths.
Step 5: Restimulate ST36:
Use your heel again to briskly rub ST36 on the outside of your leg beneath your knee.  Rub one side and then the other rapidly enough to make the skin feel warm and vibrant.

Step 6: Again Hold SP16:
Use your fingertips to support the base of your rib cage on both sides.  Close your eyes and take long, slow, deep breaths into your abdomen for two minutes.
